Who is Metaphysical Coaching and Spiritual Healing for?
Metaphysical Mentoring is for anyone who is curious about the world beyond the physical. Spiritual coaching is for anyone who is curious about their place in the world and who want to claim that place and stand in their truth.
Spiritual Mentoring is for anyone who answers ‘YES!’ to these questions:

- Do you wonder why things are the way they are in the world and feel like no one is giving you the answers?
- Do you have doubts or questions about religion or the new age movement and want clarity on what spirituality and metaphysical health really is?

- Have you seen things or had experiences you can’t explain? Do you feel like you can’t talk to anyone for fear of being misunderstood?
Metaphysical mentoring or Spiritual Coaching will bring peace of mind, clarity to your thoughts, and inner wisdom that will guide you on your life path.
The Metaphysical coaching and spiritual mentoring sessions help you to better understand your spiritual journey as it relates to your daily life. It provides the tools and exercises you can do to connect to your spirit and to Mother Earth. The tools and exercises include energy training, intuitive development, and mindfulness meditation, and more.
It’s easy to feel alone, judged, and misunderstood by those in your life who choose to remain in old paradigms, thoughts, beliefs, and spiritual outlook. It’s not easy to find your way when it seems that the whole world is telling you to go against your gut feelings (intuition) and abandon your quest for spiritual healing.
It helps to talk to somebody who understands exactly what you’re going through. As a metaphysical coach, James Pask has been there, and over the past 20 years he has learnt techniques from the great minds in spiritual and energy healing to see you safely through your journey for spiritual insight and growth.
After a metaphysical coaching session with James, you will feel more confident and better supported as you raise your frequency and consciousness and get better at managing energy in such changing (and challenging) times. You will know that you are not alone on your metaphysical journey and that even though you’ll encounter high-stress situations, you can face them with a peaceful mind, rather than confusion and hopelessness.

In preparation for your metaphysical mentoring session, it’s a good idea to write down a few questions that you want your coach to answer. If you want to consult spiritual coach for guidance on one particular matter, bear in mind that it’s not unusual for other messages to come through. So, keep an open mind, suspend expectation, and trust that you will receive the information necessary for your metaphysical journey.
You can, of course, book a follow-up session if you still have unanswered questions or would like your coach to provide more clarity on a message that came through. You may even decide that you want to schedule spiritual coaching on a regular basis, for example, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Just let us know how you want to proceed and we’ll book you in for more advanced spiritual coaching that includes intuitive training, Ancestral healing, and mindfulness development.

Hi, James! After our session yesterday, I certainly wasn’t sure what to expect. Although think I am in a state of spiritual awakening, still am very much a believer of what my mind can comprehend or can be logically argued. However, when I went to bed last night I felt my back and hip pain was less than I expected especially as I had done some heavy duty work in the garden that morning. During the night I got up once and was a bit amazed that pain was probably 50% of normal. I woke and got up to about 20% of normal and right now after sitting in the car for 6 hours (normally a killer) have almost no pain. Not sure what’s going on but looking forward to next session on Wednesday. Cheers, Best wishes and a huge thank you!

For the past year I had several distance sessions of holographic kinetics/HK with James Pask. He patiently worked with me on complicated issues that had plagued me for years. For several problems I had already tried everything I could think of without success, so my frustration levels were high to start with. Nevertheless I tried to keep an open mind and to put aside unhelpful expectations and beliefs about the true cause of my problems, as clearly nothing I had done before HK had made any difference. Several of our distance sessions have had extraordinary results – you cannot call it anything but sensational when a chronic problem of more than 15 years duration dissipates within 2-3 months of James having worked on that particular issue. Most of the time the results of our sessions have been spectacular and the relief when a long-carried heavy burden finally lifts off one’s shoulders is indescribable.
As a therapist myself, I admire James’ skilled, compassionate approach and his perseverance on my behalf to find the root of the complex problems I have “challenged” him with! His help has been invaluable and I am very grateful to James, his team and Steve Richards, the creator of Holographic Kinetics.
