We live and breathe in a world of energy where we exchange energy, send energy, receive energy, and are always communicating in the field of energy. Therefore, it makes total sense to understand your personal energy boundaries; where you stop and start with others and how other people affect you. In particular we're going to focus on what we call energy vampires those people that seem to create dramas, to create energy deficits and accidentally (and sometimes on purpose) syphon your energy.

We will also talk about what to do about it and there'll be a meditation supplied to help you release and disconnect from those energy vampires that we all know exist ... but often don't know what to do about them.
